Who We Are
We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At South Bay Hearing & Balance, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff combines years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

Gary A. Coté, MA, CCC-A
Audiologist
Gary Cote is a licensed Audiologist in the state of California. He has been in the hearing health industry for 32 years. He received his MA in Communicative Disorders from San Diego State University.
His inspiration for becoming a hearing care provider was the opportunity to improve people’s lives. His favorite thing about being an Audiologist is the relationships he builds with his patients.
In his spare time, Gary is an avid mountain biker and hockey player. He also enjoys back country powder skiing and playing guitar.
